Located near the historic center of Rosignano Marittimo — once a Medici hunting residence, and before that a medieval fortress and an ancient Etruscan-Roman settlement — San Marco offers an authentic experience of relaxation and adventure in the heart of the beautiful Tuscan countryside.

Our Organic Farm
The San Marco estate covers about 36 hectares and is entirely cultivated with certified organic production (ICEA B1658). We also use a photovoltaic system to ensure energy self-sufficiency, in full respect of nature and the environment.
Our pride lies in the production of wine, extra virgin olive oil, cereals, fruit, and vegetables, which you can taste during your stay. We also raise rabbits, chickens, pigeons, calves, and pigs, offering an authentic experience of Tuscan rural life.

Our Farmhouse in Tuscany with Swimming Pool is located only 3 km from the beaches of the Etruscan Coast.
Guests can choose between partner beach resorts or the beautiful free beaches of Rosignano and Castiglioncello, ideal for enjoying the crystal-clear sea of Tuscany.

Agriturismo San Marco is surrounded by a large, shaded garden with swimming pool.
The relaxing pool, open from May 1st to October 1st, is equipped with every comfort and accompanied by a spacious gazebo area – perfect for reading, playing, or simply relaxing in a lounge chair.
A Sweet Breakfast to Start Your Day
Every morning, from 8:00 to 10:00, we serve a delicious zero-kilometer buffet breakfast in our dining room.
For savory lovers, there are homemade cold cuts and local cheeses, while those with a sweet tooth will enjoy yogurt, strawberry sauce, jams, cereals, honey, seasonal fruit, cakes, and cookies made with our own flour.

The Biosteria
Our cuisine is inspired by the authentic flavors of traditional Tuscan farming culture. Our restaurant is a Biosteria because we use only organic, zero-kilometer products from our own farm, in full compliance with organic agriculture principles.
At the restaurant of Agriturismo San Marco in Rosignano Marittimo, you can savor traditional Tuscan dishes such as homemade pasta, bordatino livornese, cured meats, pickled vegetables, stuffed rabbit, Etruscan ragù, peposo maremmano, and many other specialties.
Our menus are based on seasonal ingredients, ensuring a fresh and ever-changing culinary experience.

Farmer’s Rooms
Half Board: €100 per person per day, including breakfast, dinner, drinks (water and house wine), and use of the pool.
B&B: €70 per person per day.
Other Rooms

The Equestrian Center
The San Marco Riding Center welcomes both beginner and experienced riders, offering a wide range of facilities and services to suit every need.
At our Farmhouse with Horses in Tuscany, you can try horseback riding for the first time in total safety, even in bad weather, thanks to our spacious covered riding arena.
Experienced riders with their own horses can take advantage of a dedicated training area.
Riding School and Programs
At San Marco, our Farmhouse with Riding School in Tuscany, you can practice both English and Maremman riding styles.
Programs include: beginner lessons (for children and adults), competitive jumping school, working riding school, trail riding, trekking, and horse boarding and sales.
Our team includes:
